“I like giving people a calm, quiet moment in the middle of this crazy world,” says Carissa, one of our hair stylists in Downtown Greenville. Carissa has had a passion for doing hair since middle school. She started professionally in 2003 and loves the flexibility and creativity that comes with the job. 

In 2010, Carissa earned her instructor’s license and has been teaching in salons and for AVEDA since 2013. When she is not in the salon, she enjoys time with her family, dogs and the great outdoors. If she’s forced inside, she prefers to be eating out or baking tasty treats.
