Reservations

To ensure stylist’s availability, we recommend you pre-schedule your next appointment. We will call two days prior to your reservation to confirm the appointment and give guests as much notice for any rescheduling needs you may have.

Cancellations

Please provide a 24-hour notice for any cancellations.  Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.  For anyone with three (3) consecutive missed appointments, we will require valid credit card information be on file before your next appointment is booked.

Arrival

We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to all services to provide ample time to change if necessary, relax and receive the full benefits of your time in the salon.  Any guest arriving 15 minutes past the time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule.

Refunds

We are happy to give store credit for any product purchased within 48 hours of the purchase and when accompanied by the original receipt. All makeup sales are final. Prepaid services are non-refundable unless Ivy Salons is unable to render services. We are happy to offer store credit for any overpayment of a scheduled, pre-paid service or if the pre-paid service is cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancellation of pre-paid services within 24 hours of the scheduled service is not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Client Satisfaction

We guarantee every salon service for two weeks after your original appointment.  If you’re not happy for any reason, come back within two weeks for a complimentary refresher service.
